In 2005, Gonçalo Andrade began his career with Janoschka at the Lisbon site of Janoschka Portugal as a Graphic Operator. With a strong sense of commitment and a natural talent for leadership, he quickly rose through the ranks—first becoming Team Leader Customer Service, and later assuming the dual responsibility of Team Leader Customer Service and Graphic Services.
His journey continued at Janoschka Deutschland, where Gonçalo played a pivotal role as Key Account Manager, supporting various brand owners and converters, and successfully driving the ramp-up of new business relationships. He also took on interim leadership responsibilities for the embossing department, further demonstrating his flexibility and broad expertise. In parallel, he began shaping the company's product strategy as Product Manager for the Jaholo and Japris solutions—a role he continues to hold today.
In 2024, Gonçalo embraced a new challenge and a new continent, stepping into the role of Plant Manager at Janoschka Malaysia. This move marked not only a significant professional milestone but also a continuation of his long-standing commitment to the Janoschka Group on a global scale.
In 2025 Gonçalo reached his 20th company anniversary.
