Your Responsibilities:
- You will support our customers in both technical and commercial matters and ensure a comprehensive, service oriented customer relationship.
- Planning, advising, and supporting customers on projects in consultation with the relevant internal departments.
- Monitoring project status regarding on time delivery and quality, as well as managing problem solving.
- You will maintain and update customer’s workflow system with all project related information.
- You will negotiate and agree deadlines with our customers.
Your profile:
- Completed training as a media designer or equivalent training in the printing industry.
- Knowledge of packaging printing is an advantage.
- You enjoy working in a team, approach tasks independently and in a structured manner, and demonstrate organisational skills.
- You can communicate confidently in English.
- Customer focused approach.
- Reliability and a structured way of working.
