Nestlé Japan creates world's first Kit Kat that can be baked

Nestlé Japan has developed a new mini KitKat (or Kit Kat) that can be eaten as a chocolate bar or baked. When put in the oven for two minutes, this KitKat becomes like a crispy cookie.

Working with Japanese chocolatier Takagi, who recently developed KitKat's first boutique, the company has developed the world's first KitKat that can be baked to be released across Japan from 24 March. It comes in two varieties, KitKat Mini Original Chocolate and KitKat Mini Pudding.

KitKat Bake has been developed in Japan specifically for baking. Nestlé warns customers to not attempt to bake other Kit Kat products!
