Janoschka adjusts shareholding structure

Janoschka is consistently pursuing the corporate restructuring initiated last year. The aim is to create a structure adapted to form the basis for a global and sustainable growth strategy.

Following the merger of the Kippenheim and Ismaning sites, the 60% of shares held in Repro-Form GmbH have now been transferred to Bernhard Volmer, the company’s founder and a long-standing shareholder.

Customers will continue to have unrestricted access to the combined expertise and skills of the two companies in brand services and printing tools. Repro-Form in Dieburg has been operating since 1997 under the Janoschka umbrella as a pre-press consultancy and supplier to the German printing and food industries.

“The simplified shareholding structure will allow us to focus our efforts on further extending the Janoschka network. Our service concept for our customers is paramount here, and we are going to actively pursue those geographical areas where we can provide market support,” explains Alexander Janoschka, CEO and shareholder at Janoschka.
