Pictorials on cigarette packs from 24 June

The government will require graphic warnings on the front and back of cigarette packs from 24 June, according to the Jakarta Post.

When Government Regulation (PP) No.109/2012 takes effect, Indoesia will become the fifth nation among the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) to adopt pictorial warnings, the newspaper said on its website. Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei currently require the warnings.
