YOUR BACKGROUND
You have A-levels or a vocational studies diploma, strong skills in German and English and an interest in economics and law.
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
• Support the HR department in its day-to-day administration and organisation
• Provide staff support in HR-related issues
• Involvement in HR marketing and staff development
• Provide support in coordinating job applications
• Support HR projects and work on project tasks independently
• You will be partially responsible for the recruitment process, ensuring it runs seamlessly
There are opportunities to spend some time at one of our subsidiaries abroad to gain practical experience.
YOUR TRAINING
Duration: 3 years / 6 semesters
Lectures: every three months
A quick glimpse of the subjects covered in the lectures: Basic principles of economics, financial accounting techniques, principles of HR, recruitment and staff management, international HR management
We will cover your tuition fees.
You will spend the majority of your time working at the office. During the practical stages, you will be working a flexible 40-hour week.

REMUNERATION
Across the three years of training, pay amounts to between €850 and €1,000.
