In 1976 Manfred Janoschka founded this company based on his vision to offer top-quality and service in the creation and delivery of gravure cylinders. Now, nearly three decades later, Manfred Janoschka has succeeded in creating one of the world's largest pre-press and color management companies. As the company President Mr. Manfred Janoschka oversees global operations and directs the company's overall growth strategy.

Rudi Weis-Schiff joined the company in 1982 and quickly moved into a role with management responsibility.  After a three year working experience in gravure printing in the United States he moved to France in 1991 to start up the first subsidiary of Janoschka Group, Gravure d?Azur in Avignon, France, and he began to develop the market in France and southern Europe. Rudi Weis-Schiff is now responsible for international business relations with Global Customers.

Lothar Roth joined the company  in 1980 with a background in Graphics Arts and soon became the group?s technology expert. Lothar Roth is recognized for having implemented the first Electronic Retouching System and today he leads R&D activities and technology training programs. Lothar Roth also oversees all technical aspects of the Graphics Supply Chain including print color management, proofing, remote proofing, and work-flow structures.

Oscar Lechner joined Janoschka Group in 2000 as the Managing Director of Finance and Administration. After studying at the Universities of  Regensburg and Augsburg in Germany and St. Gallen University in Switzerland Oscar Lechner continued to work in the United States and gained significant  experience in controlling and finance. With over 20 years of experience Oscar Lechner brings a wealth of knowledge to Janoschka Group where he also leads all operations for servicing clients in the tobacco industry.
