In certain markets, such as flexible packaging, the cylinder circumferences change frequently due to the many different formats of final packaging products. In order satisfy the demand?s of today?s customer it is essential to be able to provide high quantities of steel-bases in a short time that meets the precise technical specification of the printing machine being used.

In order to meet these requirements Janoschka Group has built up a service practice that produces steel-bases out of 4 different locations worldwide:

Orders for steel-bases can still be processed through any member of the Janoschka Group, enabling customers to work with the best supplier for the requested service.

Janoschka Group produces more than 30.000 steel-bases annually in many different sizes,  including both shafted and shaft-less cylinders.

Light weight cylinders

Janoschka Group has also developed a special light-weight cylinder system that are easier for printers to handle.
